- Breakfast- Since I went back to sleep after dropping J off at the train station I didn't have breakfast.
- Lunch- Vegetarian zhajang noodle with egg and chinese cabbage.
- Dinner- Ziti with tomato sauce plus roasted zucchini and yellow squash.
- Snacks- Apple with freshly grind honey roasted peanut butter from Whole Foods.
- Breakfast- Cinnamon apple oatmeal.
- Lunch- Salad (mixed greens with carrots, cucumber, tomato, tofu, hard-boiled egg) with reduced fat Italian dressing.
- Dinner- Gardein Meatless Chick'n Scallopini, left over squash from last night, pasta with butter.
- Snacks- Lay's potato chips (1 oz bag), St. Andre cheese with pear and water crackers.
