Sugar Cookies with Reese's Center

While I was cleaning out the freezer, I found a package of Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs left over from Easter. Not sure how it ended up there but it appeared just in time for cookie making. I decided to just use a basic sugar cookie dough for this since I didn't want the cookies to be overly sweet.

First preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Using a cookie scooper or a tablespoon to measure out the sugar cookie dough balls then stuffed the Reese's into each ball.  Bake the Reese's filled dough balls for 10 minutes or until the sugar cookies are slightly brown.
