Cream Cheese Danish using Crescent Rolls

I recently saw this recipe for Cream Cheese Danish and couldn't believe how easy it is! By using store bought crescent rolls, it took less than 30 minutes to make. The recipe I found is from Food Lush. Mine didn't look as nice as the ones from Food Lush but it tasted pretty damn good!

2012 9/11 Motorcycle Tribute Ride

Can't believe how fast time flew by. It has been almost 11 years since the horrific ordeal happened. I can still remember Jocelyn and I were just crying our eyes out while watching the WTC came crashing down on TV. We were in disbelieve that something like this would ever happen while worrying about our families that lives in the City.

Today we did the CT United Ride with some of J's old friends. It's the largest annual motorcycle ride in CT that dedicates to all those that lost their lives on 9/11. It was amazing to see thousands of bikers riding together non-stop for 60 miles through Fairfield County. We are so glad we did this and will definitely do it again.

Never forget!

Sugar Cookies with Reese's Center

While I was cleaning out the freezer, I found a package of Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs left over from Easter. Not sure how it ended up there but it appeared just in time for cookie making. I decided to just use a basic sugar cookie dough for this since I didn't want the cookies to be overly sweet.

First preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Using a cookie scooper or a tablespoon to measure out the sugar cookie dough balls then stuffed the Reese's into each ball.  Bake the Reese's filled dough balls for 10 minutes or until the sugar cookies are slightly brown. Follow my blog with Bloglovin
